Last, but certainly not least... I would highly recommend sending a request for class action representation to some of the partners at the lawfirm of Millberg Weiss, who specialize in class action suits. If we all send a request en masse, they may pay attention to us. How about someone Like Missy doing a nice form letter for us all?
where we can change what we need to change but basically we all have about the same story? That way they will all be nicely done and well done too.
